Class Registration

Creating a class schedule each term can be a stressful process. For this reason, Moody Aviation has a Student Services Team to assist you in class scheduling throughout your career to ensure that you will join our alumni in just a few years.

For your first term, new students should consider the following registration guidelines:

  • Someone from the Aviation Student Services Team will reach out to you to set up meeting to discuss class selection and registration, and answer questions you may have. Following that consultation, you will receive detailed instructions on how to register for the classes you have chosen. You may also access registration instructions by clicking here: How to Register (PDF).
  • You will be automatically enrolled in a required course as part of our First Year Experience
  • Students eligible to receive transfer credit will receive an email from an Academic Advisor once their transcripts have been evaluated. These students should not enroll in any classes that they believe will transfer or have transferred into Moody.
  • Students can make adjustments to their schedules, as needed, until the end of the first week of the term.
  • Students should register according to their Program Plans whenever possible. The 2022-23 program plans can be viewed by clicking here: Flight Program Plan (PDF), Maintenance Program Plan (PDF)
